Introducing the Glow Horizon C-Line Vanguard – For the 2026 version, Kyle’s wish was to make this run slightly straighter compared to previous versions and we were able to delivered it and instantly became his new favorite.
Molded in Discmania’s fan favorite Glow Horizon C-Line plastic, this disc offers a perfect blend of eye-catching two-tone colorways, exceptional grip, good glow-in-the-dark performance, and long-lasting durability. Its blunt nose profile and smooth rim shape provide a great feel in the hand.
If you’re looking for a disc that fills the gap between a fairway driver and a distance driver while offering true versatility, look no further. The Vanguard is fast yet controllable, with a workable stability that allows you to shape a variety of shots. It performs equally well for both backhand and forehand throws.
DBL Helix Test Notes... the Vanguard sits in that sweet spot of stability between the dumpy 3-4 fade FD3, Felon, Firebird, slot and the straighter FD, Escape, TeeBird slot. It has plenty of glide and forward push but never feels understable. I think many people would find a disc like this useful and relatively few discs exist that fill this slot. you can think of the Vanguard like a beat-in FD3, Felon, Firebird, right out of the box. Its a pretty great disc!
