DBL Helix Test Notes... the Turbulence is a unique driver offering from Streamline that has an intentional recessed flight plate that gives the feel of a thumb track. I threw the Turbulence repeatedly alongside all the other 9 speed overstable staples including the Firebird, Felon, FD3, Captain Raptor, Stal, Spice, etc. I was hoping to find a noticeable difference in the distance the Turbulence flew compared to the others offerings to indicate that it indeed has less glide. I wasn't able to notice a consistence difference in the distance of the Turbulence but I did notice that when it starts to fade it gets to the ground quickly. With all that being said, the Turbulence is a great feeling overstable 9 speed that is unique to the market with its recessed flight plate and is priced at an absolutely unbeatable price.
