Casey White's Spin Doctor takes the Premier DD1 one of longest flying distance drivers in the Discmania lineup and dresses it up with Casey's signature stamp in swirly Q-line. The Spin Doctor runs on the same Premier Technology that's redefined the DD1, DD3, FD, MD3, and Cloud Breaker: an optimized flight plate that pushes weight outward, maintaining the spin better and stretching glide. The DD1 was already known for a smooth, accessible flight that works across skill levels, Premier just gives it more legs.

SWIRL Q-LINE, TRIPLE FOIL

Molded in swirled Q-line and the swirl runs through the disc in soft, marbled waves rather than a flat pour, so the pattern shifts slightly disc to disc. On top of that, a triple foil stamp marks it as a proper signature release: three stamped layers give the artwork depth and shine a single-pass print can't match.

DBL Helix Test Notes... the Premier Q line DD1 is a hard disc to find fault with. The Q line plastic is noticeable diffrent in the hand. The flight plate feels almost flimsy, and is noticeably thinner than most discs. However, it still retains excellent grip and the rim is nice and stiff. With regard to the flight, the Q line DD1 holds surprisingly straight mid flight offering surprising torque resistance. It holds whatever angle you place it on with a straight finish as well. Compared to the DD3, the DD1 is noticeable more straight but its nowhere close to be a beginner driver. You still have to hit it hard if your expecting mid flight turn.  And the big question is, doe sit go farther. In my experience, yes it does by about 20-30 feet! And the crazy thing is; its super consistent and repeatable. I have never been a big Discmania guy but the DD1 is in my bag simply because of its easy and repeatable distance. Its my option that manufactures who don't embrace this technology will lose loyal customers to the companies that do. It really does make a difference that the average player will notice. When your friend is suddenly throwing farther than you simply because they have a different disc, you will take notice. My suggestion- beat you friend to it and try one for yourself.
